What it is said to stir
When Pluto turns retrograde in Capricorn, its themes — power, transformation, death & rebirth, the buried — pass through the earth register of Capricorn.
Astrological tradition reads any retrograde as a season to revisit rather than to launch. Pluto rules power, transformation, death & rebirth, the buried, so while it appears to backtrack through Capricorn the old themes loop back for a second look.
